Director Development

Position:
The Director of Development will report to the School Board and Administration to spearhead development efforts, maintain and improve the current annual fundraising plan to support the school’s growth. This is a part-time position (20hrs/wk).
Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the school’s annual fundraising plan
  
• Secure financial support from individuals, foundations and corporations
  
• Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with major donors
  
• Developing current base of annual individual donors
  
• Overseeing organization of special events
  
• Create and execute new development plans
  

Qualifications:

• BA (required); MA (a plus)
  
• 3 or more years of prior experience
  
• Demonstrated excellence in organizational, managerial, and communication skills
