Current Openings
Substitute Teachers
Status: As needed
Rate: $90 full day/$11.25 hr
Hours: Either 7:30 – 3:30 or part of a day
Substitute teachers are on-call for teacher coverage in various subjects, including elementary-level homerooms and middle school subjects, including all duties assigned to the teacher being covered. Substitute teachers are to cover pre-planned lessons left by the teacher.
Qualified applicants minimally must have experience teaching and have recommendation letters.
Long-term substitutes must be NY State certified for general subjects or have ijaza for Quranic Studies classes.
