Arrival & Dismissal
ARRIVAL AND DISMISSAL
The main entrance to the school is through the double blue doors facing Block St. Parents must walk their child in if they are dropping off their children. All other doors are used for emergency exiting, as in fire drills, etc.
Buses will arrive from 7:40 to 8:05 am. Parents or carpool drop-offs should arrive no later than 8:00 for breakfast or no later than 8:05 for school announcements and morning du’a.

Dismissal:
Parents who pick up their children on a daily basis need not to sign out their child. Your child can be picked up on the first floor in the cafeteria. Students who usually board the bus and will have an out of the ordinary parent pick up will need to send in a note in advance and must sign out their child during pick-up. Students will not be able to leave with family members or friends of the family unless they are listed on the Student Release Form prior to pick-up.
No students are allowed in the school before 7:40 am or after 3:25 pm (unless child is registered for after-school care pr school club). Parents must pick-up promptly at dismissal time and should notify school of late pick-up due to circumstances. Under no circumstances will a child be sent to another location or picked up by another adult without prior notification by the parent/legal guardian. Fees will be assessed for after-school care from 3:20 and on.
EARLY DISMISSAL
Scheduling of doctor or dental appointments during school hours is not encouraged. A note from the parent/legal guardian requesting an early dismissal is to be given to the homeroom teacher. Parents are to pick up the student at the attendance desk at that time requested and sign them out.
